Introduction

Business relationship between C.S. Elettronica and its costumers are regulated by the following selling terms. Remitting an order by a costumer, means accepting the general selling terms here descripted. This publication cancels any other sector previously issued.

Delivery terms
Any arranged delivery term is merely indicative and depending on the manufacturer's producing possibility or owing to a cause beyond control, such as strikes or any other cause not directly depending on grounds attributable to C. S. Elettronica.

Technical informations
Technical and dimensional informations reported on the catalogue are to be considered indicative and susceptible to variations due to the market availability.

Orders
a) Orders minimal quantities are indicated in the special section.

b) Minimal order amount: € 130 ( + VAT )

c) Orders will be dispatched according the availability.

Prices
The prices are esclusively valid for on line sale.
All the prices shown are to be considered IVA excluded. In case of quick increasing of the market prices or value changes, we reserve to change the indicated prices without any notices.
The orders being carried out will be anyway dispatched only after giving our communication to the costumer and having received his approvation. Anyway we engage ourselves to keep the prices invaried as long as possible.

Forwarding
Forwarding will be effected counteesign according to the directions given to us by the buyer.
Lack of careful directions of the same, will allow us to utilize the more suitable means of transportation.

Right of renunciations
As provided in the Legislative Decree n. 50 of January 15th, 1992, the costumer who is physical person has the right to avail himself of the right of renunciation in the terms provided by the law.

The goods should be returned within 7 days from receipt.
Forwarding charges are to be paid by the costumer.
Necessary requisite to avail oneself of such right is the integrity of the products and of the packages.

Goods return
No return will be accepted if not previously communicated by fax or letter, clearly explaining the reasons and afterwards authorized by us.
Goods must be suitably packaged and forwarded carriage paid.

Complaints
Eventual forwarding mistakes are to be seasonably signaled, mentioning the documents data.

Fiscal data
Every communication and/or variation of fiscal data, must seasonably reach the seller. Eventual responsibility deviring from non- or wrong- communication of the sames, will be charged to the purchaser.

Infomative according to the law 675/96

According to the item n. 10 of the law 31/12/'96, n. 675, we inform you that the treatment of the personal data supplied by you through the compilation of the order schedule, will be effected by C.S. Elettronica, as the titular of the treatment. The data will be treated according to ethics and correctness and adopting the necessary measures to grant you the maximum reserve. The treatment will take place in the seat of C.S. Elettronica, Via Granarolo, 151/5 - Faenza ( RA ).
The data are registered according the costumer's activity sector, and execuded on an informatic, magnetic or paper support. They concern the book - keeping supplier/costumer, the management of telephone number list, commercial network formed by commerce agents and/or shipping agents third party and/or transporter third party and/or postal service. You can address to C.S. Elettronica at any time in order to know which personal data are registered and obtain an eventual modification, adjournment, retification or cancellation according to the tem n. 13 of the above law
